On Thursday, November 7, 2024, Yonyou Customer Connect SEA 2024 took place at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Yonyou Customer Connect SEA 2024 is an annual event gathering Yonyou customers and partners. This year’s highlights included new product launches tailored to Southeast Asian businesses, an MOU signing ceremony with OCBC to showcase enhanced collaboration and a joint product solution, and a dedicated session on enterprise data security.

Howard Chen, Managing Director of Yonyou South Asia-Pacific, opened the event with a welcome address. He reminisced about Yonyou’s 15 years of operation in Singapore. Through the years, technology advancements have been unprecedented, and Yonyou has kept pace with deep technology to serve enterprises who trust Yonyou’s products as the backbone of their business operations. Additionally, it integrates with OA (office automation) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems. The platform streamlines the entire business spending process, from application to booking, reimbursement, settlement, and receipt management. This helps enterprises enhance compliance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. This solution can be further enhanced with OCBC Virtual Purchasing Card capability. This allows companies to assign each employee a virtual card with pre-set spending limits and criteria. This eliminates the need for employees to use personal credit cards for company purchases and enables enterprises to closely track and monitor spending with greater control and compliance.

3.Bank-Enterprise Link

Yonyou’s Bank-Enterprise Link is a comprehensive solution that streamlines global financial operations. By connecting to a vast network of over 2300 domestic and 200+ foreign banks through its data nodes in Beijing and Singapore, it enables seamless cross-border transactions. This solution supports various bank types, including policy banks, state-owned banks, commercial banks, and internet banks. Companies benefit from features that promote sustainability, such as carbon footprint tracking and eco-conscious travel options.  For individual travelers, Trip.Biz offers “bleisure” options, allowing them to combine business trips with personal getaways.
