Sales Manager

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for driving the sales of ERP /HCM Solutions to meet or exceed the sales target.
  • Identify business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the assigned market segments / customers.
  • Gather and understand the client’s needs and work closely with our ERP/HCM consultants so as to ensure fulfilling the client’s requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting till deal closing.
  • Build up good relationships with the clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience in ERP/HCM solution selling experience to corporate accounts.
  • Domain Knowledge of key business processes in the Real Estate, retail and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of common ERP/HCM packages such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an absolute advantage.
  • Consultative selling skills with a strategic mind-set.
  • Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English and Mandarin.
