The Challenge
Emerging Business Challenges When Transforming into a Large Multinational Corporation
With the commissioning of the Indonesian factory, the number of branches in Singapore, Australia, and other places has been increasing, along with their localization rates. As a result, Nanshan Group has gradually evolved from a corporate group into a large multinational corporation. However, this development brings various challenges. The expansion of business operations and the continuous increase in branches have led to rising management costs and difficulties in control, as well as increased operational and financial risks.
The Solution
Integrated Information Management System
In the digital economy era, to better meet the company’s development strategy, Yonyou Singapore conducted an in-depth analysis of Nanshan Indonesia Park’s information needs. Based on this analysis, they formulated a comprehensive enterprise management function model diagram, adhering to the construction principle of “overall planning, phased implementation.” The focus is primarily on three aspects of the information system: the decision-making level, the park ERP level, and the branch factory production command platform level.
During the project construction period, the goal is to establish an integrated information management platform centered on engineering project management, supported by financial accounting, material procurement management, and asset equipment management. This aims to achieve comprehensive management during the construction period of the Indonesian project, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project operations. The system mainly includes modules for engineering project management, financial accounting, supply chain, and human resource management.
